The service
Packhouse, a product of VMP Agency LLC, provides session pack, membership, booking, and reporting tools for class-based businesses, installed through the HighLevel marketplace. By installing or using Packhouse you agree to these terms on behalf of your business.
Your account and your data
Your customer records remain yours. You are responsible for having the right to put them into Packhouse and for how your staff use the product. We act on your instructions as described in our Privacy Policy.
Billing
Subscription fees are billed through the HighLevel marketplace at the price shown on our listing. Fees are for access to the software and are not refunded for partial months. You can uninstall at any time, which stops future billing.
What we promise, and what we do not
We work to keep Packhouse accurate and available, and bookings are checked against real balances at the moment they are made. Software still has limits. We depend on HighLevel's platform and your configuration being correct, so Packhouse is provided as-is and our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.
Ending service
You may uninstall at any time. We may suspend or end service for non-payment, abuse, or use that breaks the law or HighLevel's own terms, and we will give reasonable notice when we can.
Governing law and disputes
If something is wrong, please email support@getpackhouse.com first. Almost everything can be fixed with a conversation. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, and any dispute that does end up in court will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.
